Critical systems and processes require well-established assurance backed up with clearly articulated and assessable argumentation. Both, owners and assessors of assurance cases and assurance arguments need an overview of how pieces of evidence support assurance claims, and how they are contextualized.
IFE offers support in production and review of assurance cases and arguments for critical systems and processes throughout the lifecycle. Well known customized argument notations (e.g. GSN, CAE) as well as customized ones can be supported on the basis of the Structured Assurance Case Metamodel (SACM) v2.0 specification and the ISO/IEC 15026 systems and software assurance standards.
