• Human-Technology-Organization (HTO) perspective:
  Combining IFE’s research across risk management, logical and physical security, process engineering, and human factors. 
• Threat Modeling and Risk Assessments:
  Conduct detailed threat modelling to identify vulnerabilities and risks across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Apply robust risk assessment methodologies to prioritise and mitigate identified threats.
• Cybersecurity Governance:
  Perform comprehensive cybersecurity assessments/audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security policies and provide recommendations to address gaps and strengthen overall cybersecurity posture. Provide guidance and support to achieve compliance with international standards such as ISO27001 and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Laboratory Testing and Experiments:
  Provide realistic environments for studying how humans, processes, and technology interact under cyberattack scenarios. Offer industrial enclaves equipped with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) and advanced simulation capabilities for testing and validation.
