In our Organic Chemical Analyses Laboratory we offer research, consultancy, risk assessment studies, laboratory and field analyses. With our advanced expertise and analysis instruments, we offer solutions for any customer demand, or for your research needs. We work from a comprehensive understanding with recommendations and solutions based on lab data.
In this laboratory, we collaborate both with industry and the international research environment. Internally, we have close collaboration with the IFE-Experimental lab which consists of several unique experimental units to study relevant industrial challenges, or to carry out advanced academic studies.
What we offer
- We have extensive experience with a wide range of commercialized inter-well tracers (radioactive tracers and chemical tracers).
- We provide our tracer services for geothermal applications and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
- We trace organic and inorganic environmental pollution (link IFE’s Geochemistry Laboratory) originating from potentially uncontrolled emissions from industrial operations or landfills into the environment.
- We develop, optimize and validate analytical methods for any matrix, e.g. oil, gas, condensate, water or solids.
- We develop, optimize and validate analytical methods for the identification of microplastics, which are a global pollutant, and for the identification of environmental toxins from pharmaceutical products or household contaminants.
